Child custody and child support guidelines in Pennsylvania are in great need of repair and the issue of child custody in customary family court practices denies one parent or the other (mostly the father) the right to provide their children not just with what they need, but with what they are entitled to as well.  As research and studies have demonstrated, children do much better in life when they have equal access to both parents. However, if a child is denied a relationship with his or her father or mother or the child's relationship with the father or mother is dampened, society as a whole ultimately can suffer. And, as a result, this ends up being a major social issue.

Standard court orders in the areas of child support and child custody violate the US constitution and US Bill of Rights on a daily basis.  There is very little legislatively or politically that is being done to change this. Currently, there are MANY organizations that are analyzing these issues and attempting to bring them to the attention of our elected officials. One group in particular that is discussing and acting on these issues is The Center for Children's Justice http://www.childrensjustice.org  The CCJ analyzes the many issues that surround child support and child custody and is the only organization making a genuine effort to correct the wrongs of this system.  This is being accomplished by informing those who are victims of their true rights, active litigation, and judicial impeachment.

Copy, print out, and send this article to your elected officials with a short personal note demanding that these individuals take action.  This should be REQUIRED reading for anyone who holds an elected office in this country. 

This article was posted on http://www.amatterofjustice.org without an author listed.  This describes EXACTLY what is going on and how government forced "child support" and "child custody" is destroying our country and our children and tramples the CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED rights of every court ordered "non-custodial" parent in this country.  Note:  The American Revolution was fought for FAR LESSER things than what our current government is doing to mostly fathers and their children.

Finally there is common sense and the truth being used in determining fair child support awards in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Read a report HERE.  Pennsylvania's inflated child support guidelines are based on the same thing as MA and NH.  It's time for some reality.  We all want to support our kids, we also want to stop being ROBBED so that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania can PROFIT.  We recommend the same type of commission here in Pennsylvania.

Important Stuff

1. COMING SOON:  We are going to be starting a section of this website that will be dedicated to listing EACH AND EVERY state representative and senator by name and district.  Under their name we are going to post correspondence between themselves and their constituents in order to inform the public exactly where they stand on the issues of child support and custody in Pennsylvania.  If someone writes or calls their office and is ignored, we will post that also.  Here is a brief example I received that names a few of these individuals and either what their response was or what the writer thought of the experience.  Click Here.  These people have a responsibility to represent the people that put them in office and uphold their OATH to protect and defend the constitutions both state and federal.  Some are neglecting this responsibility while living the "good life" at taxpayer expense.  I will post EXACTLY what these constituents send me.  Some of it may not be "politically correct", however, it IS necessary.

2. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ADOPTED it's "procedural rules committee's" recommendation 67.  The rules of "civil procedure", which (for now, until we restore a constitutional government in PA) govern child support and child custody are going to be changing in MID JANUARY 2006.  To review the new "law" go here.  You can also see the members and the address to write to for comments.  Be sure to write and let them know what you think of their "laws" and that they aren't supposed to have the authority to write laws.  Remember, the more money they squeeze out of non-custodial parents under the threat of SEIZURE of ASSETS, WAGE GARNISHMENT AND IMPRISONMENT, the higher the federal kickback for Pennsylvania is.

3. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court Procedural Rules Committee is supposed to make recommendations to the PA Supreme Court so that it can write domestic relations law in the form of procedural rules, which is a highly questionable practice since the judicial branch is only supposed to interpret the laws written by the legislature, not create laws.  A recent conversation has been forwarded to me via e-mail that clearly demonstrates how individuals on this committee think.  It is clear to me that they don't feel there is anything wrong with the way children are removed from one parent as common practice by domestic relations courts.  Read it for yourself here.  There is also an e-mail address included for contact purposes so that you can tell this committee what is really going on.

4. The latest attempts to gain fair treatment of BOTH parents and their children, justice, and accountability of Pennsylvania's "Domestic Relations Office" can be found on the Pennsylvania Action page.  We are currently following quite a few petitions for judicial impeachment and a constitutional challenge submitted a long time ago that is still being IGNORED by PA 'officials'.  LEGITIMATE, PROPERLY FILED, Petitions to impeach corrupt judges are piling up on the House of Representatives and they are simply ignoring them.

5. Never, and I mean NEVER simply "agree" to or "accept" a PFA at the initial hearing.  Here's why.  Make the person that accused you of abuse PROVE it in front of a judge.  It is a well known fact that a high percentage of PFA's are handed out for one purpose and without any abuse present at all... TO TAKE YOUR KIDS AWAY FROM YOU and GET THE EXCESSIVE CHILD SUPPORT MONEY.  The money is the final objective because both the "custodial" parent and the STATE benefit from it.  IMPORTANT:  The PA House of Representatives is holding hearings on the crimes being committed against parents by PENNSYLVANIA CHILDREN AND YOUTH AGENCIES sometime in February 2006.  If you have issues with "Children and Youth" intruding into your family without justification, call your representative and ask them to schedule you to testify.  This agency simply does whatever it wants and in MOST cases violates your rights in the process for no other reason than to increase it's funding.  Children and Youth needs to be EXPOSED and brought under control.

Please visit the Center for Children's Justice website to learn more about the CCJ and what we are trying to do.  Join the Center for Children's Justice as an active member.  By joining the CCJ, you are helping yourself, your children, and the MILLIONS of others that were court ordered to be visitors to their own children.  Dues are VERY reasonable for what is to be gained.  When you JOIN the CCJ, you are considered an "active member" in the Pennsylvania Chapter.  We also realize that many do not have the money to join as an active member and nobody will ever be excluded from participation in Pennsylvania CCJ events.  I consider it in good faith to join and support our organization financially if you have the means.

The ONLY responsibility any judge should have is to ensure that the rights of both parents to the child are protected equally given there is no legitimate harm done to the child by either parent.  Legislation that equally protects the rights of children and parents from predatory, for profit family courts is necessary in order to correct this problem, restore equality to the 50 states, and protect the traditional family.  We can't accomplish this without your support.  Please join us and help to introduce UPREPA, in your state.
