I have been to your site before, very interesting and VERY TRUE!

I am going to throw a situation at you where I have filed for support for my son. I feel I should not have to list what my expenses are because I live with someone else and I wasn't married to the father of my baby. It doesn't make any sense to me, I don't pay for the mortgage, only my cards and a vehicle.  At the moment I am unemployed.  I just would like help feeding and clothing my son.

I have a particular friend who's husband is going through this from his X wife.  He works two full time jobs to make his house payments for his family of 8 years. Doesn't make sense to me that he has to pay so much when the X with 2 children from him that he is paying support for, for over 9 years, and she makes good $$ why didn't they take that into consideration..

When I am going in for a hearing this week and I have no job at all I just don't get it!

I don't want to leave this man penniless, and as for when the person files till you get your hearing your mega bucks in the rears, I think that is WRONG!!!!!! I know for a fact that is one thing I am waiving... what is the sense..
