Dear Sir:   

My brother who lives in Avondale, Pa. (outside of Philadelphia - 15 min from Wilmington, Del) has had a horrible time in court. Though it was proved that he did not hurt or threaten his wife or children in any way, the judge decided that his wife must have felt threatened and should receive a restraining order - allowing her custody of the children. The case can go on and on. She even has lied and gotten the help of a domestic violence women's support group to pay for a lot of fees. She has lied which was proven in court. If there are transcripts from every court case, which there should be, this can be proven. The judge sided with her in spite of the evidence that she repeatedly lied in court. My brother desperately needs some kind of support group (or advice) in his area to help him know what to do. If you can help me, help him PLEASE email me back. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can even tell me whom he should contact, let me know. He doesn't have a computer, but does have a phone, etc
