I wanted to comment on the women that are angry over this sight. I am a women and I do feel that some mothers or fathers are entitled to child support. What let me rephrase that! Children are entitled. But I truly believe that it is the responsibility of both parents to support the children. I feel the court system needs to do a case by case study of every family. I also feel there should be a study for the actual cost of raising a child along with the true expenses of both parents. The courts just seem to take as much as they can from one party. Example: Parents share 50/50 custody The Court splits the obligation 70/30... 70 being the person who earns the most This blows my mind!! Both people have equal time and not equal obligation??? How is one person supposed to support 2 full households?? Most families have trouble keeping one house financially stable, let alone two!!! And what's worse. The person to carry the 30% doesn't work?? Where are the children getting that money?? No where, that's where. The children's best interests are not being properly enforced!! This system is a money making scheme and it makes me sick!! Someone needs to do something..in the best interest of our children!!!
