As a police officer I thought I would get a fair hearing in front of Judge Thomas Ling, WRONG. The hearing was a de nova hearing where I was going to testify via telephone because I moved out of that corrupt state. My ex-wife was allowed to testify that her mother, who had watched our son from the day he came home from the hospital for free, had began charging $100 a week to watch him since the day I moved out. My ex showed cheap Wal-Mart hand written receipts, some which showed payment by check (which she conveniently didn't bring to court) of course I'm sitting by the telephone waiting for the phone call that never comes and don't find out till later Judge Ling stated "I don't need to hear anything from him" Yes my motion to remove "other child care expenses" from my child support was denied so I'm still paying $500 a month on $8.83 an hour, but hey this is America, Land of the Free (if your the rich and influential), and the Home of the Brave (allot of good 6 years in the Army did). If I sound bitter Yea, I'm bitter, I am still proud to be an American, and a Police Officer but consider how it makes an officer to feel, working for the same government that is screwing most NCP's, I now own nothing, and work all the time, but hey nothing is going to change because the politicians protect the judges, who protect the lawyers, who, well the lawyers screw everybody (ha ha) If anybody has any ideas I'd sure like to hear them. Thanks for trying to help it's more than Domestic Relations does.
