I think that the Schuylkill County Domestic Relations should wake up.  They do not  review these accounts and balances as often as they should.  They need to send out standard format letters to these dead beat mothers and fathers and letting them know of their balances and give them ten days to come up with half and if they don't put them in jail and leave them there until it is paid.  But if you do not call or write a letter they just let them go.  This is crazy.  If I call they send a letter saying that I  called and then I have to put up with harrassment and threats from the father.  This is not fair.  How would they like if they didn't get their paychecks. They wouldn't.  These non paying parents no they are getting away with it so what do they care.  They figure they don't send any letters if I don't pay so I will pay when I feel like it.  My balance is approximately $4,000.00.  I support my child 100%, not his father.  This is not fair.  I think they should start tacking 18% interest on it like a credit card and take some time away from them of seeing their children.  Maybe this would make some of them start to think about paying.
