 | Read about how a Pennsylvania father's assets were frozen for a court
imposed debt that he didn't even know about. How do they get away with
this? This man wrote letters to Tom Ridge and his other elected
representatives which, no doubt, will be IGNORED because this
"seized" money just adds more to the total of "child support
collected" that the state is making money from. In this man's
case, you will hear a lot of passing the buck and excuses that "the
money" belongs to the children. Yeah right...the
"children" never see any of the money in this state. Most of
the time it is a FREE court confiscated PAYCHECK for the children's mother
and her live in boyfriend. That's the TRUTH. |

| I feel there might be a little bit of a "spin" on this story by
the media. In this it was said that "police said" that this
man possessed "anti-government propaganda, including a picture of Osama
bin Laden" (this is what I mean by SPIN). What would cause him to
be that upset with Schuylkill County Domestic Relations office? It's
not too hard to figure out. When people start taking drastic measures,
something is drastically wrong. Could it be that he got tired of
living on half of the money that he works for and never seeing his kids?

Here is some important case law for those
of you that were court ordered to continue paying "child support" in
Pennsylvania after the child turns 18. Child support stops in Pennsylvania
when the child turns 18 and you are not obligated by law to pay for any college
tuition.
Debtors Prison in
Montgomery County Pennsylvania
| It appears that the ACLU has gotten involved in some of the gross
violations of due process that are taking place in Montgomery County
Pennsylvania. From what I understand, the ACLU feels that fathers who
are locked up in debtors prison for either not being ABLE TO PAY, or
REFUSING TO PAY court ordered child support awards, were locked up WITHOUT
DUE PROCESS. This is happening in EVERY county in Pennsylvania and
it's great that the ACLU is finally recognizing this for the crime that it
is. Instead of cutting deals with the court in Montgomery, the ACLU
should be either filing a FEDERAL lawsuit or filing IMPEACHMENT PETITIONS
for the judges in question. Read

need to go much further. |

involved in Montgomery County's illegal incarceration of Pennsylvania

corruption uncovered in Montgomery County concerning the fathers that are

| Special treatment for Legislators
when it comes to Child $upport? It appears that A Pennsylvania
member of the House of Representatives is getting a taste of what average
people are subjected to concerning absurd child support awards. The only
difference is that he is getting TAX PAYER funded attorneys to try and declare
the acts being committed against him by the courts UNCONSTITUTIONAL. It
seems that there is some sort of double standard going on here when it comes
to the elected hierarchy and the common man. |

| This says it all about Pennsylvania and the treatment of Fathers and their
children. Pennsylvania has a judicial system that is out of control.
Family Court Judges can get away with just about anything they want with
complete disregard of the Constitution and the rights of the tax paying
citizens that live here. The worse part about this is that they are
accountable to no one for their actions. |
Shared
parenting legislation introduced in Pennsylvania
| Senate Bill 1276, an attempt at presumed equal custody as a standard, has
been introduced by Senator Gerlach. This bill doesn't even scratch the
surface as far as the multitude of problems that need to be addressed and
corrected to make the "system" fair to both parents and children. It is
a start and needs to be supported. |

| Although PFCR does not endorse SB1260 even in it's revised
state, it's here for informational purposes and is definitely a step in the
right direction. We believe even this very good revised legislation
doesn't go far enough to guarantee each and every parent and child equal
protection under the laws, not to detract from anything Gene is doing, because
he is doing an excellent job. We believe that any proposed legislation
needs to be spelled out in black and white like UPREPA
is in order to guarantee all parties involved are treated equally and
fairly. The common practice that most judges remove children from a parent
for no other reason than what they believe to be in the "best
interests" of the child needs to be stopped. Without evidence and
proof beyond a reasonable doubt of any criminal wrongdoing, these people
have no business taking children away from any parent and making them a visitor
and free paycheck to the winning parent. THIS PRACTICE IS
UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The issue of socialistic, unconstitutional, arbitrary,
excessive, child support also needs to be addressed in legislation because it is
DIRECTLY related to the issue of custody. |

Schuylkill county propaganda alert.
| This is the kind of pure crap that for some reason has a rather large influence
in Schuylkill county. In Schuylkill county, PFA's are handed out without
proof of anything as an excuse (in MOST CASES) for women to get the kids out of the house and GET CUSTODY and
CHILD SUPPORT. In Schuylkill county, FATHERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY GUILTY...
NO PROOF OF ANYTHING REQUIRED. Schuylkill Women in Crisis is a recipient
of YOUR TAX MONEY and it enables them to do what they do, which is basically remove fathers from
their own
house and remove fathers from their OWN kids FOR NO REASON, most of the time. I have first hand experience with bogus PFA's
in Schuylkill County. I am
an expert witness in this area. |

Shared parenting Bill introduced in Tennessee
| This bill would mandate the family courts of Tennessee to protect the true
"best interests" of children. Will the good people of Tennessee
allow all of the "professionals", who have an interest in keeping
things the way they are to quash a landmark piece of fair legislation? |
This is how they hold hearings in Colorado
| From what I get out of this, the people that were holding a hearing on
proposed legislation only wanted to hear one side of the story. A
reporter with a video camera was the excuse to pull this legislation without
cause. Could it be that they didn't want the people that favored this
bill on video tape since they far outnumbered those who were testifying
against it?

Child support guidelines declared UNCONSTITUTIONAL in Tennessee
and Georgia.
| Follow the links above to read the decisions handed down in both Tennessee
and Georgia by judges who are actually doing the job that they took an oath
to do. It appears that the United States Constitution and the
Constitutions of these respective states matter to these judges, unlike most
of the others. What is wrong with all the others? Maybe they all
need their memories refreshed on what their job is and that they have a duty
to ensure that Americans are provided due process and equal protection under
the law. That memory refresher would be called IMPEACHMENT for the
crimes against humanity that are being committed daily against court ordered
NON-CUSTODIAL parents, who shouldn't even be NON-CUSTODIAL in the first
place if their rights weren't violated by these judges who take their kids
from them and half their paycheck (it's called slavery). |
| This article appeared in the Atlanta
Journal-Constitution. It seems there is one legislator in GA, Earl
Ehrhart (R-Powder Springs), who is actually trying to stand up to the Child
Support Industry. This fight in GA bears watching closely by all of you
because Pennsylvania uses the exact same so called "guidelines".

Another constitutional challenge to the current
child support industry
| I am not familiar with the required legal "format" of a
"constitutional challenge" but this one that originated in California
is nothing but the stone cold truth and is worth reading. I wonder if
this one will be ignored like the one that was submitted in Pennsylvania
over 2 years ago. No matter what state this takes place in, the same
crimes against humanity are being challenged and ignored by the people that
have an OBLIGATION as public servants to act on these challenges. |

uses "child support guidelines" that produce excessive and
