To the Editor: In response to your article titled Police Seize Pa. Man's Arsenal. While I am not condoning this man's actions to resolve his problems, I offer the following for thought. Why are courthouses and its employees targeted for violence and why are our courthouses across the state suddenly scrambling to bolster security in these structures? The next question that the article raises is who are we securing the court houses against? Is it the general public, criminals, victims of the present "Family Court System," the Domestic Relations Office or Children and Youth Services. Answers to these questions could certainly be attained through a thorough state investigation into the courthouse's business practices. Since it appears that the most volatile situations arise from the family court sector of Pennsylvania's court system (for example suicide and other acts of violence) could be a strong indication that there are a multitude of unfair and biased rulings coming off the judge's benches, thus creating criminal behavior. Could it be that these victims of these senseless rulings feel so hopeless that they resort to violent ideation believing this is their last chance to protect their children? Every year we have thousands of children being abused by this out-of-control family court system. Even though our state legislators are bombarded with letters and request for change, absolutely nothing is addressed to correct these issues. Our children's safety and happiness appear to be of little concern as long as the system can hide this scourge under the clause "the best interest of the child." Our family courts and policies and procedures are so destructive to families and emotionally abusive to children that it could be considered to those, who dare to look, the hidden Holocaust. Perhaps if our courthouses were filled with judges that uphold the Constitutions of the United states and Pennsylvania our courthouses would not need to be deadbolted and secured against our own citizenry. The overwhelming majority of Pennsylvania fathers are not even remotely identified with terrorists but I can assure you most that have went through Pennsylvania's "Family Court System" have been brutally terrorized. Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children. Feel free to copy and repost any information on this site unless said information is credited to a web site other than Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (this website). In this case, you must ask permission from the author, and since it's been our experience that most of the people that support our cause are good people, they most likely won't have a problem with it. It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
