Dear Mr. Ambassador,

Our goals are similar, but our solutions follow a different path. The govt. wants to throw money at single mothers who marry ... This is treating the symptom. The problem with single motherhood exists at several levels ... economic differences and social differences compound the problem. I contend that considerable relief for this problem will occur when divorce laws are toughened ... made more strict ... and that women who divorce their children's fathers are not supported to the egregious extent of today's laws. More women tire of father/husbands and obtain divorces under a feminist-driven court in order to ... 1) pursue their freedom of choice (another man); and 2) to punish their ex.

State courts cooperate with both objectives under TANF and the Child Support Enforcement Act. The Federal govt. dangles a carrot (TANF state subsidy) in front of the states which results in the corruption of the judicial system -- a predetermination that wives/mothers shall prevail. What goes on in state family courts makes W.J. Clinton's conduct look perfectly legal. Former Pres. Clinton was held in contempt for - conduct that undermines the integrity of the judicial system. Jones v. Clinton. In several states, the courts systematically deprive former husbands/fathers of due process and equal protection under the Constitution, and preserve their misdeeds by CRIMINALLY altering the records of proceedings.

Where judicial integrity has been severed, one cannot undermine it.

I ask you to take a broader look at the problem of single mothers. A federal subsidy for this group without fully differentiating the components will merely create another welfare agency and the concomitant wasteful bureaucracy. It will also create another avenue for defrauding the govt. Will we never learn?
