The first letter is to Judge Judith Wells, who has since removed herself from the case due to pressure from people all across America writing her letters. The second one is to Judge William Bingham who replaced Judith Wells. It is our understanding that Judge Bingham is a "retired" judge and not accountable to the people like Judge Wells is. They are pretty slick in Tarrant County Texas, aren't' they? Please take the time to write your own letter.
January 20, 2003 Judge Judith Wells Judge Wells, I am following very closely the case of James Loose, which you adjudicate, and have become all too familiar with “custody” cases that do not only exist in your courtroom, but all across America. In the vast majority of these “custody cases”, children are ripped from one parent (which is usually the father) and awarded to the other like property for no legitimate reason. I equate this common judicial practice to nothing less than war crimes or crimes against humanity. There is a rapidly growing sector of society. This group is mostly made up of fathers who had their children and paychecks stolen by judges like yourself that inhabit courtrooms across America. The count is in the millions, and those same millions are starting to communicate and form a very strong bond. I am a five-year member of this rather large group. I am a victim of a family court system in Pennsylvania that is out of control just the same as it is in Texas but that is about to change. It’s about time we victims take a stand in order to put an end to the violation of our rights guaranteed to us as American citizens and parents to our children. In case you didn’t know, or have forgotten, you took an oath that just happened to mention something called the Constitution when you were sworn into office. This same Constitution protects victims like Mr. Loose and his daughter, and myself and my son, against the crimes that judges like you feel you have the jurisdiction to bestow upon us. The founding fathers created the Constitution so that citizens of this free country would be protected against any oppressive branch of government that just might happen to try and violate our rights guaranteed under the Constitution. It is written in black and white and is non-negotiable. The word is getting out that the only ones who benefit from “single parent households” are lawyers, who profit from the losing parent’s many attempts to gain equal treatment and equal protection under the law along with the state in federal TANF grants. The sad part is that equal treatment or protection of the laws does not exist in family courtrooms just like yours all across America. It has been proven through legitimate research (as opposed to the research that was used to come up with the standard custody and visitation arrangement that you seem to favor) that the children who have one parent removed certainly do not benefit. The damage and harm that judges like you are causing children like my son and Mr. Loose’s daughter is an outrage and must be dealt with. We all know the truth behind the practice of awarding children to one parent and removing the other. It is being done so that the state can collect its federal kickback with the help of judges like you. This practice is criminal and the perpetrators who hide behind some sort of false “best interests of the child” pretense should be prosecuted as such. The good news is that we, the victims, are going to get national media coverage in the case of James Loose and his daughter in order to put an end to this type of judicial tyranny. Hopefully this will get the message across that we are not going to stand for the blatant violation of our rights and the stealing of our children and our money any longer. I would venture to guess that I might be seeing a petition for your impeachment in the near future… an impeachment petition with national backing. Good parents like me who were arbitrarily reduced (by judges like you) to “visitor” and “paycheck”… you know, the ones who care about the future and the true “best interests” of our children, are going to make you famous. Sincerely, Dave Vincent
Judge William H. Bingham Dear Judge Bingham, We, the concerned court ordered visitors to our own children, are watching the James Loose case, which is now before you, very carefully. You have the national spotlight. I wrote previously a letter to Judge Judith Wells to express my disgust at the blatant violation of Mr. Loose and his daughter by the Tarrant County courts. Please let me clarify that you are not alone in the acts that you perpetrate. Good fathers who want nothing more than to be a father to their children are being violated all across America in family courts by judges just like you. Judge Wells removed herself from the case, so here you are now. I guess she had a little more to loose than you do since you are already retired as I understand it. Now that's what I call getting rid of the "hot potato" in a proficient manner. Just to keep you up on the facts... word is spreading rapidly throughout our rather large NATIONAL group of disenfranchised parents that we need to start somewhere due to this sort of thing being a national atrocity just as relevant as the acts that terrorists commit against Americans. I hope you have a legitimate reason for issuing an order to silence Jim Loose and make him a visitor to his OWN CHILD. It sure as hell isn't in the best interests of HIS (emphasis on the word HIS, not YOURS) child. Actually Judge Bingham... what is in the "best interests" of Jim's child, MY child, and the MILLIONS of other children that are in the same situation is that this case does receive the national attention that it is going to receive. Usually the way this takes place is that the "female parent" will accuse the father of abuse or simply that she is "scared" (under the advice of her lawyer). Then the "protection from abuse" order is issued without any proof for the sole purpose of the initial removal of the father. We KNOW that lawyers are telling their female clients that this is the way to guarantee "custody", the free paycheck that comes with it, and the tax benefits. Once this is established, they basically win due to the fact that fathers in most cases don't have legal training and don't have the money to pay a do nothing lawyer after the ex-wife support is ordered and garnished. I have personal experience with this type of fraud. Never mind that it is in fact fraudulent to say the least and should be treated as a crime... that doesn't matter in family court right? Due process and equal protection mean nothing in family court... right? This so called "child support" that is then extorted from the father until he runs out of money, and can no longer pay it so that there is an excuse to "jail another deadbeat dad", can then be used to show that the state is "collecting" on the behalf of children. What a noble cause, if it were actually legitimate. Then the state can get its federal kickback... millions of dollars. We know that the guideline amounts of supposed "child support" have nothing to do with what it actually costs one parent to provide for a child's basic needs and that the "guidelines" are over inflated to the extent that the people that are responsible for writing them belong in jail. We are on to the whole scam and it's time for it to stop. It's all about money isn't it? All that guys like James Loose and myself want is to be treated equally by the courts. We want to be fathers to our kids without unnecessary interference from the government. We want to spend OUR money on them at OUR discretion. We ALREADY have this right although courts like yours are hijacking it. I don't think that there would be anything my son or Jim's daughter would be in need of if this were the case. As it is now, the money that is TAKEN from me and handed over to his mother is UNACCOUNTABLE and I still have to buy him things that she "doesn't have the money for" because she spends it on her new car payment and there's NOTHING I can do about it. If anything needs to be court ordered, it is that both parents remain in the same school district so that we can have equal time with our kids and be treated fairly, that way nobody would loose would they. It's a shame that ALL fathers who go through a divorce or separation with children involved have to participate in America's war on fathers. A child having a mother and father and no visitors is what is in the "best interests" of the child. I hope you do the right thing Judge Bingham. Sincerely, Dave Vincent
