Dear Rutherford Institute,
You all do a hell of a job with most of the issues important to the defense
of the United States Constitution and I applaud you for that. I listen to the
ads you run on AM radio and couldn't agree more with each and every topic that
is covered. Why aren't these people in government accountable for their actions
when they violate my rights, which they are constantly doing in plethora of
areas? Why are citizens who question certain government entities either being
IGNORED or branded an "extremist"? It seems that there is nothing we
can do about this either. YES, there is always the option of filing a lawsuit
but most people can't afford to do this, don't have the time for it, and
moreover... shouldn't have to do it.
My main area of concern is the way children and MONEY are simply being TAKEN
from their fathers (sometimes mothers, however this is rare) with absolutely no
DUE PROCESS or finding of any harm that fathers are causing their children. In
other words, it is a rather large conspiracy that nobody will expose or try to
correct. When you get divorced or separated, you don't divorce your children.
The media won't touch this at all it seems even though there are MILLIONS of
legitimate cases that could be exposed. The thing they will do is continue to
persecute fathers with names like "deadbeat dad" and so on which is
highly uncalled for, being that the majority of fathers that lose their kids and
are assessed amounts of money that are ridiculous simply have no choice in the
matter. This type of treatment by a judge is criminal to say the least but these
people are accountable to nobody. They will try to say that these cases are
settled by "agreement" when this is absolutely NOT the case. Most
fathers are pushed into agreeing to give up their kids by their OWN ATTORNEYS
and being told "YOU CAN'T WIN".
The truth is that there are very few true "deadbeat dads" in
relation to those who want to be fathers to their children but are FORCED out of
their lives by some "administrative employee of the court", or family
court judge who hides behind what he or she claims is in the "best
interests" of the child. A judge has absolutely NO right to be doing this
without the prosecution of the parent who loses custody of his or her own child
for some sort of criminal act. They are doing this for one reason only... the
individual state governments are reaping huge financial benefits from the
BILLIONS they are showing to collect in "child support" which brings
me to my next topic. Most of the cases in Pennsylvania never even see a real
judge. Lawyers who are called "masters" and are "employed"
by the courts do it all and then the judge just rubber stamps the whole thing in
both "child support" and "custody" matters.
UNACCOUNTABLE "child support" that is taken from one parent and
given to the other is BLATENTLY unconstitutional especially when it is ARBITRARY
and EXCESSIVE and bears no factual economic basis to half one parent's share of
the BASIC financial needs of a child. This IS the case in all 50 states that use
arbitrary inflated "guidelines" to set so called child support
awards... guidelines that are considered "law" and are NEVER deviated
from. Those who are court ordered to have this money confiscated from them in
many cases simply cannot pay what is ordered and end up in jail after losing
everything they ever worked for, including their own kids. This reminds me of
what went on in places like Nazi Germany and various other socialist countries
around the world. This sort of thing goes against everything that this country
was founded upon and we have had revolutions over lesser things then having your
children and money TAKEN by the government.
The MYTH that these obscene amounts of money that are confiscated from those
that are court ordered away from their own kids is being used for the kids is
exactly that...A MYTH. How can it be proven that this money that is being taken
is being used for the child's needs when no accounting or proof is required? I
don't think anybody, including myself, would have a problem with supporting our
own children financially. I do have a problem with supporting my EX WIFE and her
live in boyfriend with this money (thousands per year tax free to her_) IT'S
WRONG and something needs to be done about it. I'm tired of hearing excuses;
it's time for action. Please do not simply ignore this troublesome topic.
Thanks for your attention to this topic, which is without a doubt, the most
heinous act that this government is committing against it's own citizens. What
is going on has been PROVEN to cause harm to the real victims...children. This
should DWARF all other items on the agenda but even after thousands of letters
like this one, it's still ignored. WHY? I would like to hear your feelings on
this e-mail.
