My issue is that I constantly pay, pay, and pay and they have me listed on credit reports as owing money. I've been paying since the court ordered me too, and paying what they MAKE me pay, and still I have this black cloud hanging around. I can't pay my bills, and pay extra in support, and on top of that they take out extra for the money that I owe. I have never been able to get to even because by the time the hearing date comes around I owe a couple of thousand dollars. now I'm on unemployment and I have to pay to take her back to court to get it lowered. Where does it end?  I paid $167 a week when I was working, and now that I'm not, half of my unemployment goes to her. I really don't know what to do. the other issue is that she doesn't let me see him. If I do, I have to fight with her or her mother to pick him up. Oh, that's right I have to drive over an hour to pick my child up at my ex's house, or her mother's who knows which. She has assaulted me in this process and still they will not change the order so that I can pick him up somewhere public and neutral. The system is truly messed up. I haven't seen my son in almost a year because she says he doesn't want to see me, and he won't stay with me. I am lost with what to do, and she constantly gets more and more. I live in Allegheny county and my case is held in Westmoreland county. please help.
