The Center for Children's Justice - Pennsylvania Chapter

Story 33 is a letter to the New York Times It is a letter but is more appropriate to be posted here, so here it is. This very short and to the point letter tells it all about the child support fraud that is going on.

Story 34 was submitted by Phil in Eric County.

Story 35 is by Jeff from near Philadelphia. This one is a classic example of that is done to Pennsylvania fathers through domestic relations and it's blatantly unconstitutional proccedures.

Story 36 from right here in PA, is about what is being promoted by "domestic relations"

Story 37 is from a mom for dads rights. This one speaks for itself.

Story 38 is from Dale in PA

Story 39 is from Paul in Jonestown and a classic example of how Domestic Relations treats Pennsylvania fathers.

Story 40 is sent from McKean county Pa. This one is another classic example of how the "tools" of Domestic Relations is used against fathers for the sole purpose of removing their children and money.

Story 41 from western PA. This is how PFA's are handed out with NO proof required in Pennsylvania. All it takes is "I'm scared"

Story 42 is from Bob. You are not alone Bob.

Story 43 is from a PA soldier stationed in Hawaii

Story 44 is sort of a rare story. It's from a mother who's daughter is ordered to pay "child support" and doesn't have enough to live on. Mother...Father... what the state is doing to non-custodial parents for profit is WRONG!

Story 45. Holy cow... another mother ordered to pay ex husband support!!

Story 46 It's all about child support isn't it. 46A is the reply that I got back after I responded to this. The writer didn't include the original e-mail so you all kind of have to try and figure out what I said to this "poor single mother". HINT: It was probably something like go out and get a better job and support yourself and if your oldest child wants to live with her dad...what's wrong with that? I have a real problem with letters like this where the "poor single mother" who can't do anything for herself has to rely on government programs because she lacks the determination and drive to go find a better job or maybe get her family, friends, or HELLO the child's father to watch the child while she works and goes to school or whatever. I don't buy "I CAN'T"... SORRY.

Story 47 is my favorite so far because it is EXACTLY what happened to me and millions of other fathers in Pennsylvania.

Story 48 is from Nicole. The only word for this is sincere.

Story 49 comes to us from McKean county. This one's a little strange.... definitely Springer material.

Story 50 is about the "Protection from Abuse" orders that are handed out in Pennsylvania to anybody that wants one, no proof of anything requires.

Story 51 took place in Mercer County. Mercer County is no different from any other county in Pennsylvania in it's "domestic relations law" practices.

Story 52 is a great example of the unnecessary involvement of every "agency" known to man in the fascist state we live. This type of thing happens a lot to dads who are treated as nothing less than PRISONERS of the state when it comes to seeing their OWN CHILDREN. This is a complete outrage and I am surprised that you don't see more violence at the court house when fathers are treated in this way by our government.

Story 53 is from a father who says he will not give an inch to the corrupt system he is subjected to.

Story 54 is a common story of things that happen in Pennsylvania. I can't be sure that it occurred in PA but speaking from experience, I am familiar with the exact same thing being done to fathers in this state. I am posting it because it is from someone who works for a "law firm". First hand experience.

Story55 is from Jeanne in PA, who can't believe this type of thing is really happening.

Story56 is a short one from Westmoreland County and describes how the non-custodial parent is treated in this county. 24 year old girls are given the authority to decide weather or not parents see their kids. Unbelieveable.

Story57 is from James who doesn't have enough money to live on after his court ordered child support is confiscated. Business as usual for the state of Pennsylvania.

Story58 is from Matthew in Pittsburgh concerning an organization called "generations" that is from what I understand "employed" by the courts in Pittsburgh to conduct "evaluations".

Story59 is from Corinne, who is in Northwestern PA. This demonstrates the validity of the child support incentive. In this case mom didn't want the kids but when it came down to the "child support award" she wanted the kids. From what I get out of this, the courts were happy to accommodate her with little regard to the facts.

Story60 is from Schuylkill county, where this website originates. They don't care about facts in Schuylkill county as long as they can take DAD'S money for child support. That is all that matters to them. Truth, justice, the constitution, equal protection under the law, all mean NOTHING because the do whatever they want to do. It's time for this to stop. This country was founded because of lesser things than having ones money and children stolen by some employee of the court.

Story 61 is from Dave in Wayne County.

Story 62 is from a fed up mother in of all places; Potter County. Now we can say the corruption and disregard for truth and justice is everywhere.

Story 63 is from Beth and is titled "PA Hand of Corruption Extends Beyond Its State Lines". This is not uncommon as I personally KNOW people who are PAYING the mother of children that aren't theirs living in other states due to Pennsylvania corruption.

Story 64 is from Wilbert and reflects the normal situation that child support payers are subjected to in Pennsylvania.

Story 65 is from Jesiah.

Story 66 is from Steve in Erie, PA

Story 67 was sent to me titled "Bad Justice" and speaks for itself. I know I said that I would remove all last names but I'm going to make an exception for this one since the "child" is no longer a "child" and maybe the child will get a chance to read this so that he knows how his grandmother feels and what really took place.

Story 69 is from John. John pays unrealistic child support that does nothing but enrich mommy. John is pissed off.
