I'm standing up to say, "Enough is enough."  When the court banned me from going by my three year old's daycare to take her to lunch and see her some days at the end of the day, I stopped paying child support.  I have bought my daughter her medicine, clothes and food at every opportunity.  I refuse to pay the mother so that she can pay an attorney to heap this abuse on my daughter and me.  I refuse to give her money to put my daughter in a daycare that lied to me by telling me to my face that they had no problems with me until we got to the courthouse. They then turned on me through her attorney without having to answer to me by testifying in court or by offering any hard evidence that I'd done ANYTHING negative at the daycare.

It's been eight months now.  I've provided the home my daughter has lived in since her birth.  It's expensive.  Her mother has moved three times now (in the two years that we have been in temporary orders).  My income is way down and I'm broke at the end of every month even providing what I've been providing for my daughter.  I refuse to loose the house my daughter calls her home.  We are scheduled to go to trial the week of July 30th.

Yesterday they served me with a motion to enforce for July 24th.  I'm not afraid to go to jail to stand up to this system that only sees my value to my daughter in terms of money given to her mother.  I will not give the mother money when she keeps me from seeing my daughter through the tool of the family court system.
