The Center for Children's Justice - Pennsylvania Chapter

I'm writing this to you to try and spread the word on how unfair the system
is to good fathers.

My fiancé' and I have been together for almost 2 years and his ex-wife has
managed to put us through hell from day one.

She cheated on my Fiancé' during there marriage with a doctor who she meet
due to babysitting his kids.  They had an affair for almost 2 years until my
fiancé finally had enough and told her to get out.  She took there to
children and moved into her sisters home for about 15 days till she got the
doctor to leave his wife and they moved in together.  I met my fiancé' about
two months later and we moved in together after almost a year.  His ex made
life very hard for us. She lived with the doctor and his two children in a
$240,000 house and they both got new SUV's.  She traded the Jeep that my
fiancé' gave her free of charge.  She quit work last summer and hasn't worked
since.  Last April she attacked my fiancé' outside of our home because she
didn't like the way we were raising the kids.  We got a PFA against her and
she was charged with harassment.  We have 50/50 custody of their children.  
His ex has tried to play the girls against us every step of the way.  She has
told them to disrespect their father and I.  They have done this several times
in public when they are with her.  We sat the girls down and explained that
this behavior is not acceptable and the reasons why.  They have since had
better luck with them.  We had a very structured home and rules they must
follow.  There are no such things in her home.  every time we call the girls
it sounds like a zoo over there with 4 kids and no rules.  In December of
last year she took us to court to try and get full custody of the children.
Now I should tell you she lives out side of the school district and the girls
would have been forced to change schools.  They went to mediation and came to
an agreement with very little changes to the way things already were.  It is
now August of 2001 and we just received papers for support!1  I was shocked
at the nerve of this women!!  She lives with a doctor, drives a brand new
car, and has free spending of his money and NO JOB!!!!!!!!!!  Here we are ,
both working full time jobs.  My fiancé' works a lot of overtime to keep the
household going!  He has also just started to do real estate on the side.  We
are providing the girls with a nice home and everything they need!!!  But now
his ex wants his money to..  Doesn't she already live like a queen!!  I
understand that her new man isn't responsible for our kids, but she should
be!!  why should she be aloud to sit on her ass all day and collect his
money!!??  I just don't understand the system..  We have our court date on
Sept 21, 2001.  Please wish us luck!!!!
