I want to join because of the unfair rights my husband has with his child. A son who is now 7 years old. When my husband first went to court for visitation, his ex promised him be prepared to fight for the next 15 years. This was not a just a threat. She has fought him the entire way. If you would like I could send letters that we have wrote to the Judge. We are trying to find out how to get a new judge to hear our case. In 3 years we have been in court at least 30 times. This I kid you not. We have to go by the court order, she feels she does not... and the police and judge allow her to get away with this. We have been told to get a attorney. We can't afford one. Right now my husband is temporarily disabled. He can't work until he has surgery. She is making his life hell now because of no child support being paid. The last time he had surgery and was off work for 6 months she went around in and out of the court room telling everybody that he was lying. He had staples in his hip... but was lying. She has filed on me a PFA, harassment, and stalking. All of this were unfounded by the court. She has tried to use a personal letter I wrote my husband in court. That was illegally obtained. The list goes on and on. I'm willing to write to anyone and do anything for fathers to have there God given rights. This is my 3rd marriage and the 3rd time I have had to deal with this bias court system that only listens to one side. The mothers. Please read the attachment I have added. I plan on sending this to any one I can. Any ideas?
