Hi, my name is Bob. I am very frustrated and cannot find any help. I will try to be brief. I was married for 15 years and had 2 kids. About the last 14 years has been a nightmare. I played mother and father while my x continually threw me out when I didn't agree with her, lied, cheated, stole, etc. etc. ect. I stuck in there for the kids. About a year and 1/2 ago she tossed me out again and had her boyfriend living there. Well that didn't work out so she wanted me back. I finally had enough and filed for divorce. I paid every bill in the house on top of my support order for the first 6 months. Since then she has drug me in and out of court with false abuse allegations and have had to spend thousands clearing my name. She refuses to let me see the kids and fills their heads with lies like she will put them in a home if they speak to me. I have taken x-mas and birthday presents to the school and I faithfully pay my support. She is already collecting more support than she should be getting and I am still paying a large percentage of her bills. She is collecting for 1 child who resides with his grandparents and is also collecting day care for him even though he is 16. DRS tells me to prove otherwise and I cannot afford a private investigator. I can barely afford to live and they keep giving her more because she runs up fake bills or has a friend write a note stating she gives them money to baby-sit. She has also run up $10,000.00 in hospital bills in a three day period of time she can't remember for what but I am stuck paying them. She is taking me back for yet more money in a month. I just don't understand why I am being allowed to be punished for doing more than my share. I cannot afford to live anymore and am about to have my electric turned off because I am paying for nonsense. I am afraid to filed for visitation due to prior allegations. How can I put a stop to this nonsense that they keep falling for? I cannot afford a private investigator and have written a letter to the president judge with no response and I just feel so helpless. Any information would be grately appriciated. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
