My husband has issues with PA courts (Lancaster to be specific). Beware that the next step she will use to f*** your life up is a bogus PFA. My husband hasn't seen his son in six years due to bogus PFAs that the courts rubber stamp one after another.

Lancaster has become so good at this practice they now consult other states on how to do it.

First point - NEVER agree to a PFA, make them order it against you. If you agree you are f***** for good. Why? Because then there is no actual court order to contest, what you have is a civil agreement.

Don't think it won't happen either. No Judge will turn down a PFA request even if the woman admits she's lying. We have seen this happen dozens of times. Why? Move funding (this under VAWA of 1996).

Typically they do what we call a "Two Step PFA". The first PFA claim adds the child(ren) to it. They work with you to agree to the one against you for the mother by dropping the child from it. A few weeks later she files again on behalf of the child. The state gets paid twice this way and your PFA ends up being longer. So watch you back in PA.
