It is just what I was looking for.  Hope you "enjoy" the following; In June of this year I went to have my child support amended. I had had it suspended in Feb.'03 because of my income. I was paying $297.00 a month X12=$3655 a year. I made a total of $3,650.00 total for the 2002 year.

In June 2003 I was finally awarded Social Security disability in the amount of$1,689 a month. My children (age14&16) will get $595.00 of that. Now keeping in mind that that is twice what I was ordered to pay.  I thought I was home free! Stupid me. I watched as the political nitwit ran his short greasy fingers over the adding machine and came up with me owing another $38.00 a week, PLUS $12.00 for arrears.  PLUS, PLUS I was to pay up to 25% of their medical bills! I was ordered, under threat of imprisonment to bring ALL of my paper work with me. You know, income statement, proof of insurance, etc., etc.,. Was I even asked to show any of this to his holiness?  NO.  If he had bothered to ask he would have seen that I pay $745.44 each month for health insurance that I need because of the following conditions,1.  Diabetes, 2.  two heart attacks  3.  coronary heart disease  4.  high blood pressure  5.  Emphysema  6.  eye problems due to Diabetes  7.  Stenosis of the spine and 8.  bad knees  9.   Sleep apnea.  My out of pocket expenses for RX is $70.00 a month.  Now I was never a math major, however, I think it adds up to this,$745.44x70.00x200=$1015.44=$68.56 for a month of living. What shall I buy first with all that left over money.? By the way ,my ex-wife makes 45,000 a year and her medical insurance is paid in full by her company.  Her new troll husband makes another $60,000 to 80,000 a year. Am I being selfish or just screwed again as always. Would love you to write me back and I'll tell you of my first incarceration, where I had the pleasure of passing out from my Diabetes, had my Nitro stolen by the guards and medicine withheld by the prison.
