I am writing in regards to a conciliation hearing which took place last week. the 'Generations' step in the court process is a bogus and biased organization run by women who are obviously biased in favor of women in the custody cases. My conciliator threw me out of her office for stating facts about the mother and has ordered that I pay for all of the cost of the evaluations, which equals $5000. I do not have the kind of money to pay that. How can I get this case to court if I can't afford the costs of the evaluations? How can this woman make me pay for the whole thing? How can she throw me out of her office? How is it that she can objectively arbitrate a case if she herself is a single mom and stated such, and doesn't care to listen to any of my answers? This lady was completely out of control. the woman needs to be moved from her position and 'Generations' needs to be investigated. What can be done?
