On Dec. 10 2003 I went to Domestic Relations for an increase order. The plaintiff and I had made a written agreement On an amount that included a custody order earlier this year. The contract was signed by a judge and made legal binding. When the mediator at Domestics reviewed the case the amount was increased by $450. This included Health insurance for the plaintiff and the child. What I didn't understand is why I have to pay for Health Insurance for someone that I was never married to, also why the amount of child support is so high. The plaintiff only makes $100 less than me a month but she ended up receiving $650 a month from me. I don't make a lot of money I'm am around $30k a year. Not only am I paying $650 but my arrears are an additional $50 a month. the plaintiff lives at home with her parents and I live on my own, so I have all the responsibilities that the majority of the single workforce in America has to deal with. Why doesn't the court see that not every one can just fork over money especially when its half of their monthly income making it extremely hard for a father who has done nothing but try to give his child the best he can suffer not only time with his child due to second income needed to survive and have to deal with knowing the injustice and guilt he receives from a crooked system. Maybe one day the laws will be changed to were it really is about the kids and not about another case # . Thanks Wilbert Editors note: It's is all about another case# due to the simple fact that the state of Pennsylvania PROFITS from your excessive child support judgment. They are currently trying to increase already excessive child support guidelines even more as I write this. Get in touch with your state representative and senator NOW. |

Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children. It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
