T1-hgher timeshare (%)
T2=lower timeshare (%)

This says that each parent is expected to pay ½ of the child's total monthly
expenses. The only reason child support would be ordered were if there were
a disparity in the custody timeshare.

Using the example in which the expenses of the child is $300 per month
(C=$300)

50/50 custody
300*(½*(0.5-0.5))=0
Each parent is expected to directly provide the $150 in the child's expenses
during his or her custody time. Zero child support is paid.

60/40 custody
300*(1/2*(0.6-0.4))=$30
In this case the parent with the 40% timeshare is considered to be directly
providing $120 of the child's cost during his timeshare (40% of $300).
Therefore he is expected to pay the remainder of his half of the cost, $30,
to the other parent, because she has a higher timeshare.

100/0 (e.g., sole custody to mother)
300*(1/2(1.0-0))=150
The parent with no custody (e.g., father) must still pay half of the child's
expenses ($150).
