Despite the DHHS claim that half those impoverished are women with
children, the reality is that 80% of the homeless are men. While a man
isn't considered impoverished
The DHHS reports are based on who applies for Welfare and whatever lets
them continue to grow.
The reality is that if a family applies, with a father in the house, they
will not accept them, instead telling them to have the father go and get
some work.
So if you want to receive welfare, you don't claim a man in the house..
hence the term "Sundown Dads"..
But if a man applies for Welfare, he's routinely not given it.
But then there was the study that showed that only 1 out of 9 that was
eligible for Welfare actually applied for it.
The sick gender bias throughout our society is propagated by the DHHS
because a woman with a child is a much more sympathetic target to support
the abuse of taxpayer money. The claim back in 1975 was that we had so
much welfare expense because of those deadbeat dads, and if we just made
them more responsible, then we'd reduce the amount of money that is spent
every year on welfare. That was the argument used to start the
"Office of
Child Support Enforcement".
But then in 1992, the GAO and even the DHHS own study showed that fathers
without any coercion were paying child support at about a 70% rate. Then
with the soft money contributions from the Prison Industry and Lockheed
Martin, not to mention the Divorce Industry Monster's pecuniary interest in
guaranteeing to the woman that she wouldn't lose anything other than the
guy in a divorce, they propagated this massive child support enforcement
system. Not by law, but by the computer specification.
The net result is a lot of fathers killing themselves. (estimated about
10,000 a year). The net result is a lot more father's in spending time in
jail without cause. The net result is a lot more children growing up
without their fathers and suffering for it. The net result is the prison
industry making a lot of money ($125/day) off the (2 million or so) bodies
of the men in jail, and the lawyers making even more money off the
divorces, Lockheed Martin implementing even more intrusive computer systems
that invade our lives, and the taxpayers being fleeced out of $5 billion
reported through the Welfare Department, and who knows how much more
because of the greater number of single mother families..
But then Bill Clintoon went in front of the entire Congress and claimed to
have increased child support collections 100% during his term in office.
You can't increase 70% by 100%. Yet everyone in Congress applauded.
But
the current payment rate is still 70%.. so where did the increase come
from? More broken families? Or is it just that they are now counting
the
money that was already being paid without the taxpayer wasting in excess of
$10 billion?
But, like I documented above, this process that is being used to jail
fathers isn't one based on law, but rather the computer specification and
the contract between the DHHS and the States.. so men are being subjected
to "Unlawful detention for the purpose of profit and reward" which is
the
definition of Kidnapping. When a criminal act is done in an organized
fashion it's Racketeering. In other words, the DHHS has created the
largest criminal racket in American history, responsible for the deaths of
a large number of fathers, the destruction of untold numbers of families,
the abuse of millions of children, and a gross fleecing of the taxpayer.
But the welfare expenditures didn't go down, even if you notice that the
reported numbers are already inflation adjusted. But then how can we trust
the numbers when the House Ways and Means Committee reported Welfare
expenditures being 50% of the what was reported by the Economic Committee.
Then again, how can you trust the government when they report that 2
million people are in jail back in February of last year, but when you
actually investigate what they are claiming, it's only those people in
PRISON on sentences of more than one year. Despite numerous attempts, and
despite that they have the numbers of Child Support incarcerations in their
databases.. they refuse to inform the public as to how many people are
actually in jail on child support, or traffic tickets, or awaiting trial,
or any other nonsnese. (withholding information links to extortion..)
Michel Foucult, the man credited with creating Postmodernism, documented
back in the mid 70's that the final intrusion on the family would come from
the Welfare Department and be for the good of the children. Ironic that
the Child Support Office was created around the same time. He also
documented how all revolutions since the 1400's have been caused by the
Judiciary abusing their authority, using special masters, and intruding on
the family until the societal structure is destroyed. Exactly the process
defined in the contract from the DHHS. That same process was going on in
Europe more than 200 years ago, and lead to the mass exodus of people
coming to the land of the free and the home of the brave, where the streets
are paved with gold. It took England a lot longer to abolish debtors'
prison, and we certainly have the writings of Charles Dickens to thank, but
then he was 12 when his family was destroyed.
While our forefathers had their own set of problems, they did put together
a form of government, a Republic, specifically designed to prevent the
government abuses and the replay of the destruction of the family and the
resulting revolution. Robert Morris, one of the signers of the Declaration
of Independence, the man credited with the funding the American Revolution,
was stiffed on his loan to America. He was instead given back the
swampland which was the military center for the Revolutionary Army. This
land is now called Morristown in New Jersey. But America then taxed Mr.
Morris on the swampland, and he was unable to pay the taxes on the
swampland. Mr. Morris then spent three years in the Prune Street (know
known as Locust Street) Debtors' Prison in Philadelphia while his family
sold off the land and finally got enough money to pay the taxes. George
Washington would come and visit Robert Morris on occasion in the Debtors
Prison, a rod iron square around a square of dirt, which is still standing
just down the road from the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia.
The next President after George Washington, John Adams, in 1798, abolished
debtor's prison when he signed signed a law that "no debtor's prison shall
be created." His son, John Quincy Adams, later became the President.
It's
been more than 200 years, and we have another Father/Son pair Presidents,
George Bush and George W. Bush. I pray that George W. Bush, who has shown
his respect for the boundaries of the family, and the sanctity of those
boundaries, will stop this spending orgy and gross abuse of taxpayer money,
terminate this debtor's prison and criminal racket, and stop the
destruction of American families created by the bastard child that was our
last President.
