Editorials -- June 10, 2003 Legal system criticized To the Editor: Memorial Day was a time of reflection. A great number of people paid the ultimate sacrifice and many others would still, if need be, pay the same high price in the defense of our great nation so that every American can enjoy the freedoms that still exist in our land today. We are still the greatest nation on earth and it is humbling to reflect on the stories of these fallen heroes. I am so thankful that we have a president who is not afraid to proclaim his allegiance to God. With the sense of restored and renewed hope that his courage brings to our nation - from the way in which he handled 9/11, to the war in Iraq - he will be remembered as one of the greatest presidents in history. However, I am greatly concerned about the condition of our nation. Americans are coming under attack. While there isn't anyone who can defeat us from outside our borders, this attack is from within. It is brutal and swift, leaving an unthinkable amount of wreckage, damage and waste in its wake. I am one of those people who served our military honorably and would have paid that so-very-high-price if called to do so. I thank God that while I served we were not in any major conflicts or wars. But now, I am one of those who is under attack, along with thousands of other Americans. I have been under attack for the last two years. The attack of which I speak is by the fallen justice system of America. We no longer have a "justice" system, but a "legal" system alone. I am being taken apart financially (they failed to destroy me emotionally, although they tried) in a divorce by an attorney who knows how to manipulate the laws. I have also encountered the sharp end of the sword with unethical and prejudicial treatment from the Domestic Relations Office and a judge. I abhor their attempts to make a criminal out of an innocent person who never had any type of trouble with the law before this all occurred. Every day, peoples' lives are ruined when attorneys, judges and our judicial system twist the very laws they are entrusted to uphold. This is not justice and it is un-American. Wasn't our nation designed to have checks and balances in place to ensure that one person or group of people could not become above the law? Why have these people been left with such free reign and authority over peoples' lives without accountability? I pray that someone in authority has the courage to do something about these atrocities and the lack of checks and balances in our "justice" system. (Name withheld at writer's request) |

Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children. Feel free to copy and repost any information on this site unless said information is credited to a web site other than Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (this website). It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
