bulletThis is actually a short book and very interesting for those of you who need to represent yourself in court, which is probably a lot since the majority of lawyers can not be trusted to advise you of or protect your rights from being blatantly violated in a court by either the judge or another lawyer.
bulletJudge takes a stand against flawed domestic violence system
bulletI usually don't post things from Canada because I am more concerned with my own country and STATE first and foremost but I couldn't resist this one because it describes what is going on in the fascist state of Pennsylvania to a tee where the man is always guilty, no proof required.  Both state and federal constitutions are VIOLATED to the MAXIMUM in these cases.  The objective is dual fold...to guarantee that women get "custody" and the big paycheck that comes with it and so the state has someone's WAGES TO ATTACH.  The state does not benefit unless they can attach a parent's wages in order to show that they are collecting "child support" in order to get the millions of dollars in federal money.  They like to attach the wages of the one that makes more money...traditionally the father.
bulletFamily court a misnomer No justice for fathers

bulletA letter to Bill O'Reilly from the PFCR Webmaster about the O'Reilly factor on 10-11-02
bulletBest Interests of the Child, ARrecipe for Disaster by Robert Muchnick  This is a very informative article by the Director of the Center for Childrens Justice about the "best interests of the child" standard and how it is used by family courts to deprive one (non custodial) parent of his or her child and his or her money.
bulletViolence prompts a closer look.  How fathers are dealing with the way family courts are treating them.
bulletAdditional Scientific Proof that Child Support Awards are Too High
bulletHere is an article that demonstrates how lawyers operate.  This has nothing to do with the child support industry but is important.  How many of you were charged thousands of dollars by your "lawyer" for something you know took them about an hour's worth or work?  In Pennsylvania, there is a rumbling about reforming medical malpractice insurance premiums that are outrageous.  I say, we need legislation to ensure lawyers are paid for the work that they perform.  If you sue a doctor and are awarded for example 1 million dollars, some lawyers take half of it and that's a load of crap.  Is it worth a half a million dollars for a few hours work?  Nope, it's criminal in my opinion.

This web site is strictly for your information about what is happening in our state; Pennsylvania.  Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children.  Feel free to copy and repost any information on this site unless said information is credited to a web site other than Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (this website).  In this case, you must ask permission from the author, and since it's been our experience that most of the people that support our cause are good people, they most likely won't have a problem with it.  It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
