The Pennsylvania "Deadbeat Dad"

In the rather large and expanding world of government intrusion into the family, it seems that the most resounding term that one will ever hear is the term DEADBEAT DAD.  This title is earned by millions of American fathers every year.  These men either can't pay the excessive amounts of court ordered child support or simply refuse to pay anything more than what they feel is fair and actually needed by their children, thus creating huge arrears in the eyes of the state as it applies it's so called child support guidelines.

This catchy phrase has been around since the time when individual state family court systems started ignoring due process and equal protection under the law in order to force fathers who want to be involved with their children into the role of visitor and paycheck.  It is obvious that Pennsylvania is doing this in order to show as much "child support collected" as possible... the more the state can show collected, the more it profits in federal block grants.  As it stands now Pennsylvania is king of the hill when it comes to creating so called Deadbeat Dads.  How do we know this?  How many fathers do you think spend more on the basic needs of a child than they spend on a mortgage and car payment combined?  Pennsylvania's judicially imposed child support guidelines say that they should.  These excessive, arbitrary amounts of money are being forcibly extracted from fathers in most cases by court ordered wage attachments.

Thousands of Pennsylvania fathers have tried to convince the courts to enforce their equal rights to be a parent to their children with equal time, some spending obscene, unnecessary, amounts of money on lawyers and court appointed experts of the psychological profession, only to receive the standard "decision" and be denigrated to the role of visitor and paycheck by numerous Pennsylvania judges supposedly acting in the "best interests of the child".  Those who can't afford to pay the "required" filing fees, fees for transcripts, and fees for a lawyer, and numerous other FEES, earn the privilege of having their rights removed by what is called a "master".  A master is nothing more than a lawyer, who is appointed by a family court judge.  This "master" is granted the authority to preside over a kangaroo court hearing and hand down the "standard decision", rubber stamped by a judge, in cases that the father can't afford to pay the required fees that will get him heard by a real judge.

In order for us to properly understand the term Deadbeat Dad, we must first do some research.  All the research any intelligent person should ever need to do in order to properly understand how Deadbeat Dads are created in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is portrayed in the picture below.  They say that a picture is worth 1000 words.  You decide for yourself.  If you still can't decide for yourself after you see the picture below, just ask any father who has been through Domestic Relations, and tried to fight to protect his rights.  After spending his whole life's savings to try and get equal time with his kids, he most likely was issued the "standard decision".... now a visitor, free paycheck to the other parent, and more profit for the state.
