Dear Letters Editor...
I just read "The Real Responsibility of Men" and promptly broke
down and cried.
It is as if 15 years of a living hell might be coming to an end.
For 15 years, I keep reading in my local newspapers about countless men
committing suicide or murder because of the iron triangle. Even my neighbor last
summer committed murder, then suicide. His children are now homeless.
For 15 years I have repeatedly testified before New Hampshire legislative
committees against feeding the father killing iron triangle of family courts,
enforcement bureaucracies, and organized feminism. State legislators could care
less. They merely pander for pink panty voters and federal dollar incentives to
go trash dads.
For 15 years I clearly have known who the enemy of fathers are, as most
prominently represented by that idiot party of "It Takes a Village"
Hillary.
For 15 years, my only viable alternative political outlet has employed benign
neglect and terrorism to line the pockets of jackass attorney's, black robed
thugs, and batty "children's advocates" plying their father bashing
trade under the politically correct banner of "psychologist" or
"Guardian ad Litem".
While I respect Col. North, when I read his snarl, I decided that he is now
far more dangerous than Osama bin Laden and al-Qaida combined.
Then I read Stephen Baskerville's astonishing piece.
After drying my eyes, I prayed, thank God, maybe this ceaseless media and
think tank jihad against fathers is finally granting us a tiny voice after 15
years of brutal censorship.
There may be hope after all. Not for me. But for my college freshman son. A
son who may wonder, "if my dad got so shot up, why in hell should I ever
consider the insanity of marriage? Is President Bush Daft?" What are my
son's alternatives, other than a gay lifestyle, hooking up or shacking up? To
him, a child represents a $500,000 financial risk who will never have a chance
of receiving his lifelong nurturing love.
One alternative would be a President that comes clean by demanding
legislation that will preclude divorce while children are in a household. Then
maybe my son might have a desire to raise a family in love, rather than living a
daily fear.
Then I reminded myself that I now have four legal actions in process. All
relate to black robed state thugs who refuse to comply with federal statutes
that mandate when there is any change in income, support SHALL be changed. That
federal statute was wisely advanced although grudgingly enacted as a SOP to gain
passage for the Family Support Act. Yet every state judge ignores this federal
mandate.
So here I am today, faced with a federally illegal judicially fabricated
$41,000 arrearage, about to go to jail again over this crap, all because three
dotcom companies tanked. Meanwhile my state supreme court refuses to reduce
support in concert with my dramatically reduced income, even though state and
federal statutes MANDATE a reduction.
And you know what?
I could care less about any 911 victims, because rather than just 3 aircraft
colliding into buildings, an even more deadly triangle of domestic terrorists
are killing thousands of fathers everyday across our land, and screwing up most
of our children to boot.
So Col. North. You are a disgrace. You're nothing but another crackpot who
desires to expand our nations vast hordes of half-baked cookies: children raised
by but one parent.
And Stephen, you are my new hero.
Human Events, thank God you finally opened a rightful door and stopped
censoring the truth by allowing brutalized fathers to be heard.
Divorced dads are not villains, we have become victims of ungodly hatred and
deceptions espoused by think tanks from both sides of the aisle. We are shafted
by utterly unjust legislation enacted by both parties. We hold in contempt every
judicial activist feminut case law that treats us as scum. We are damn tired of
being criminalized. And we will vote FOR the first party that ceases this
immoral pandering plunder.
It's time to restore divorce court sanity and cease trashing dads and our
sons who are now saying, "Marriage? Forget it." Meanwhile moms
indirectly teach our daughters that popping kids is a personal self-fulfilling
government enforced meal ticket.
Our Justice Department also needs to start enforcing Federal Statutes against
state terrorists who choose to financially rape divorced dads with impunity.
