| Under the Federal TANF Award provisions (insert statute) these TANF Funds are not required to "support children" and in fact often end up in many state's general funds which manage judges and other state employees retirement funds (bolstering their bond ratings and retirement benefits). |
| Because of this financial connection, state court judges, state administrators, and state bureaucrats of all stripes and organizations have a pecuniary interest in the destruction of families and marriage--, more TANF money helps to bolster their bonds and in turn "underwrites" their retirement benefits relatively "risk free". |
| Under current policies, practices, and procedures of the State and Federal Governments, against ANY AND ALL Married citizens of these United States, there is NO MARRIAGE OR FAMILY THAT IS SAFE. EACH AND EVERY MARRIAGE IS "FAIR GAME" AND A LIKELY TARGET FOR THE DIVORCE INDUSTRY FEEDING FRENZY. |

| It is hereby alleged, to hide the destructive affects of this MASSIVE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY, MORE AND MORE "DEADBEAT" PROPAGANDA must be generated in the form of these now famous "badges of infamy" as promoted by the very organizations who have a FINANCIALLY VESTED INTEREST IN CREATING UNREASONABLE "Child" support "Award" amounts. |

| This PROPAGANDA and the personal information that is portrayed can only be procured from "PRIVATE" state databases, Orwellian in nature, that are now kept on EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN. |
| These databases are NOT general access databases, and the information they contain about the STATE of these financial matters is PRIVATE and therefore subject to, and in violation of, the Privacy Act. |
| This COURT MUST EXAMINE AND RULE ON THESE ISSUES. To pass on this matter, under some judicially constructed, and therefore judicially "legislated" abstention doctrine, is simply an acquiescence, and complicit compliance, with an industry that feeds on the destruction of marriages and families. This Court must not only avoid lending its tacitly implicit support for such FINANCIAL AND EMOTIONAL FAMILY RAPE, but it MUST, out of necessity for the very precepts embodied in the preamble of the Constitution rule against this insidious evil so that "[w]e People of the United States, [may] form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquillity, ... promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. |
| No matter how this Court deems to justify this, there is NO EVIDENCE that "Family" Courts, and the current divorce, custody, and in turn CHILD SUPPORT CRAZE by the State and Federal Governments serve to promote ANY of these stated purposes of our Constitution. In fact, EVIDENCE ONLY EXISTS THAT THEY SERVE TO DESTROY EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE PRINCIPLES AS PRACTICED. |
| Therefore, the Judges, Courts, and "Family" Lawyers of this land, MUST be found to be engaging in WAR against the very Constitution that has established this legal system and our form of government. |
| Be it known, heretofore that this pleading, and these statements, and the underlying proofs and data will be made WIDELY KNOWN. And no amount of USURPATION BY THE COURTS SHALL STOP THIS FROM BEING WIDELY PUBLICIZED. Will this court, and its lower court progeny also be found to attempt to overthrow free speech as well because of its incestuous relationship with the very legal system that it is supposed to police? |
