On this page you will find the latest action that is being taken to correct a corrupt family court system in Pennsylvania. The items listed on this page will hopefully send a message that we aren't going to take the unfair treatment and the crimes that are being committed against us and our children by our judicial branch of government here in Pennsylvania. These petitions for impeachment are being watched closely so that they are not "swept under the rug". UPDATE: Impeachment petitions are starting to pile up. As of now, there are 6 petitions submitted for 6 different judges and one for the "JUDICIAL CONDUCT BOARD". The House of Representatives is not taking any action and is still ignoring them ALL to this date. What's it going to take to get the powers that be to fulfill their constitutionally mandated responsibilities?

LegislationHouse bill 888 is the latest joint custody legislation that has been introduced and is being blocked by the House Judiciary Committee (Representative O' Brien). To read the text of HB888, do a search HERE and then contact your state representative and tell them to move the bill on to the floor for a vote. All old legislation that was previously listed under this topic has been moved to the legislation archive page. Senator Stewart Greenleaf must be removed from office. Representative O'Brien must be removed from office. These two individuals are PERSONALLY responsible for blocking any meaningful reform legislation.
Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Procedural Rules committeeThere is also what is known as Pennsylvania Supreme Court Procedural Rules Committee. This committee's job is to make recommendations to the PA Supreme Court so that it can write domestic relations law in the form of procedural rules, which is a highly questionable practice since the judicial branch is only supposed to interpret the laws written by the legislature, not create laws. A recent conversation has been forwarded to me via e-mail that clearly demonstrates how individuals on this committee think. It is clear to me that they don't feel there is anything wrong with the way children are removed from one parent as common practice by domestic relations courts. From what I see, every excuse in the book is used to justify what domestic relations right on up the the PA Supreme Court does. The Pennsylvania child support extortion racket is blamed on "federal mandate", which we know is BS. Read it for yourself here. There is also an e-mail address included for contact purposes so that you can tell this committee what is really going on. Pennsylvania's child support guidelines were up for review last year. Click Here for letters and e-mail that was sent to Ms. Patricia Miles, who is in charge of this committee by people who have reviewed the committee's recommendations. Letters and response are available for review as I get them posted. The people of Pennsylvania are directly pointing out what is wrong with the corrupt system and this committee refuses to acknowledge any of it. The say their recommendations are open for comment but when we tell them the truth about what is wrong with the corrupt child support system in Pennsylvania, they simply don't want to hear it. This is proof that it's all for state profit. Click here for another letter to the PA Supreme Court Procedural Rules Committee. I am posting these for the enjoyment that I get knowing that they will probably be ignored by this committee. I have not seen a response to this one so I am keeping it separate from the others for now.UPDATE: Recommendation 67 has been adopted by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and is now "LAW". For more in formation go to http://www.courts.state.pa.us/ and look under "updates".
Check out the proposed legislation from 1975 I found while browsing the PA website. What happened between then and now?

You must type this address into your e-mail software. The link has been removed due to overwhelming spam. This web site is strictly for your information about what is happening in our state; Pennsylvania. Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children. Feel free to copy and repost any information on this site unless said information is credited to a web site other than Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (this website). In this case, you must ask permission from the author, and since it's been our experience that most of the people that support our cause are good people, they most likely won't have a problem with it. It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
