State representatives:
Matthew Good(mine), his office told me they have nothing to do with the
family courts and would get restraining order against me if I continued to
contact them.
Linda Bebko-Jones....Staunch feminists on staff, feel there is no problem, "you
are the only one complaining attitude, "money is going for the child" attitude
and "I would not mind send my money for support as long as I know my child is
safe" attitude.
John Evans, not a clue regarding what mistreatment fathers can receive.
Feels these fathers must be to blame if the courts treated them this way.
Gordon Marks, with Governor's office: Separation of powers argument. My point
to him was in Indiana the governor had to put a moratorium on the death penalty
because too many innocent people were executed. Imagine the mistakes the family
courts make if the death penalty courts are wrong..........
Jane Earl......Feminist run office......women can do no wrong, this is what the
public wants attitude.....
All these people I called with complaints and for the government to consider and
look into these complaints. I did so in a respectful, non-threatening manner,
yet I was confronted with irrational behavior on their part not to mention
threats of false allegations for calling a government office to complain about a
government entity and some of the unfair laws.....
Congressman English's office, Separation of powers excuse and threat of
accusing me of harassing them for peacefully and legitimately trying to voice my
complaint.
Complain to the family courts and their associates and they will say you need to
contact the Fed. or state govt. as they make the laws.........
I believe as representatives of the govt. that each of these persons is
responsible for what goes on in the family court on some capacity and it is
incumbent of them to investigate injustice by the govt. or let the bias and
injustice continue by their inaction;
Every aspect of the govt. is involved, Federal...ex VAWA and the PFA'S
that are implemented by the state govt....
Some council members seem willing to listen....here in Erie," Fiore
Leone and a state representative Florindo Fabrizio, who told me he understands
CS is too high and would welcome input to him from more fathers. (I would
implore any of you to contact him too).
I blame the entire govt. for the state of the "family" court. Each
member of the govt. must be made aware that the "family" courts are destroying
families and that non-action on the govt's part denies the problem and promotes
the injustice. It is time to take names, insist that these officials clearly
state their unwillingness to do anything and how they pass the buck to each
other. In the mean time our children are being hurt, used and abused and the
rights of parents and children are simply disregarded, in the name of greed,
malice and
vindictiveness and a court system that is out of control and biased.
