Received this letter from Senator Gerlach RE: SB1276. It rasises the question in my mind "Which members of the Judicial Subcommittee have the nerve to stand up and tell us that they are the ones who are either illinformed or ignorant of the facts or simply lawyers protecting the clan. It is hard to figure what parent would endorse a bill which makes them an non parent the instant that an umreliable spouse decides unilaterally to breech their marriage contract. Can you figure what sane person would put a law like this in mothon after what we have been through in this unaccountable court system. Under 1260, nothing has changed as far as presumption of the right of a partne to remain a parent when his spouse becomes unreliagle as a family protector. And nothing has changed to force Judges and legal people to follow the orders of the victim who is paying them and loosing his child. Nothing has changed as far as forcing the judge who wants "disgressionary power without Accountability" to make this demigod explain why his decision is really in the best interests of the child. In fact, as we all know it may and usually is, not the best interests of the child that prevail but rather the Best interests of the BAR's Judges and Lawyers. We need to know specifically who is undermining us. We need to know by name so that we can address these people and find out if they are ill informed, on the dole or simply stupid.or prejudice (With an agenda) We can not afford to let the next generation suffer like we did while the lawyers continue to make backroom quiet deals so that they can retain the right to litigate our children out of our lives. They already have too much control over our families. Homer B. Davis, Jr., M.D. Radnor, PA 19087 Dear Dr. Davis: Thank you for your August 1 3th letter and CD. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, in a most heartfelt way, your frustration and anxiety over our current domestic relations system. I couldn't agree more that substantial changes need to be made to this system and a good place to start is to provide, in the law, that there be a presumption of joint legal and physical custody for both parents of a child. That is why I introduced my legislation, but unfortunately we do not have the support of a majority of the members of the Senate Judiciary Committee to move it forward. Nonetheless, I will talk to Senator Stewart Greenleaf once again to see if he would be willing to put this legislation up for a vote (regardless of its outcome). By the way, Senator Greenleaf also supports presumption of joint custody language and perhaps he would be willing to bring this legislation forward before the Committee as we return to session in the next few weeks. Again, thank you or your letter. Very truly yours, Jim Gerlach JWG/cmm - I will answer this question. Senator Stewart Greenleaf is the one blocking each and every piece of legislation that attempts to straighten out the criminally corrupt domestic relations system in this state. Stewart Greenleaf is the head of the Senate JUDICIARY Committee. It's time for Stewart Greenleaf to be UNSEATED. It's time for Stewart Greenleaf to GO. I have been informed from SEVERAL different sources that the entire problem is Stewart Greenleaf. He seems to like things the way they are. He seems to assert HIS will and not that of those he was elected to represent. Lets not forget that Stewart Greenleaf has control of any legislation that has to do with fixing Domestic Relations. Why do you think nothing EVER makes it out of the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE??? |

It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
