Involved in Supporting Radical Feminist Legislation e.g. The PROTECTION FROM
ABUSE LAW THAT HE WROTE DOES NOT HAVE CHECKS AND BALANCES FOR DEFENSE AGAINST
FALSE CHARGES. HE SAYS HE “SEES
NOTHNG WRONG WITH THIS LEGISLATION”. THIS LAW IS NOW USED IN PA COURTS
DESTROYING Thousands of PA’s
Father’s Relationships with their children monthly!

Convicted
Upper Moreland Killer Dan Traub said in his trial “You (society) made me what
I am!”. Greenleaf’s
laws in family court helped create this situation! He has the blood of
children on his hands from the
consequences his legislation! Destroying
a parent’s legal parental rights is a form of child abuse!

His
laws are changing the roles of enforcement from public protectors to public
predators!

Recently
the PA legislature proposed a Bill for Doctors providing free medical care to
protect them from lawsuits failed to pass! All of the democrats voted against
this. They however needed support from republican side only two voted to kill
the bill. Greenleaf was one of them! This shows his real agenda is to take care of special interests (“maximize revenue for the
legal professional”) take precedence over the concerns of the public which he
is supposed to represent! Now look at the Medical Malpractice Insurance issue
causing Doctors to Pack up and go.

Another
PA Bill Greeleaf introduced along with PA Sen Edwin Holl allows liable lawsuits
to protect the reputation of the
deceased. He supported attaching to the bill liable lawsuits to disallow anyone
making political speech against elected officials illegal! (This is how much he
cares about the 1st Amendment!)

Supports
Unlimited High Tech Professional Labor Immigration which destroys middle class
jobs! (Wash Times)

Using
Official Public Notices the keep his voters aware of his recent policies this
apparent abuse of Public funds
during an economic decline shows his disregard for costs to taxpayers. He should
be required to pay this back!

When
he was at the Nov 01 Hatboro Parade they Jeered at him for Destroying the 13th
Congressional District!

Former
Upper Moreland official was supposed to clean up the corruption and smut. Yet
somehow the Cat Houses Stayed open for years within a few blocks of his office
and police station!. When I made this an election issue as he ran for office all
of sudden they closed down for a few weeks prior to his previous elections for
State Sen and Congressman. If he is
powerful enough to close them for a few weeks prior to an election why then were
they allowed to stay open for years. Do you believe Cat Houses can remain open
for an extended period of time without protection money!

In
his last PA Sen Election for the PA GOP Primary. A PA Judge rules he should not
have competition!. This guy has been head of the PA Senate Judiciary Committee
for years. This means he has extensive influence on every PA Judge and
Lawyer’s career here. This action
shows his disregard for service to the people takes the back seat to his
motivations. This also shows he is not serving the common good of
the people but is easily influenced by special interests.

is backed up the Bucks County GOP Harry Fawks!

He
works as a board director for Septa Right next to Pasquale Deon Chr Brd. Wonder
how a Lower Bucks Beverage Vendor gains such this kind of
influence? Perhaps he gave them an offer then could not refuse! Wonder
why Greenleaf associates with folks
like Fawks and Deon? You can bet it is not for the common good PA citizens and
has everything to due with steering contracting awards to the right folks!

Under
the family court laws for Protection from Abuse one does not have any legal
protection for false accusations! In my experience here. I was falsely accused.
Two judges said I was innocent..but we convict anyhow! The Upper Moreland Police
told me they knew my former spouse was mental unbalanced and that they were tied
of her calling them. They said to me “We are going to destroy you marriage for
you!”. I asked them for assistance to provide mental health treatment. They
then proceeded to show her how file for divorce and setup me up for PFA charges
to have me removed from my home. This resulted is a break down the parental
relationship with the children. One is not even allowed to call the children
without a court order! Next the Police came and told me that “I should not be
a father to my own children!”. These
resulted in the malicious destruction of a family by the state. They said to me
if you do not like this get the laws changed!. The one who wrote and implemented
these laws is Greenleaf! I met with him he stated that he sees nothing wrong
with his laws! This shows how much Greenleaf really cares about the common good
of the people he is supposed to service. If
he has to make laws to enrich the special interests this will supercede
any actions for the welfare of the people!

THE HARRY FAWKS POLITICAL GANG A WAKE UP CALL
Ever wonder how a Croydon trash hauler
gained so much influence in Bucks/Montco PA State Politics?
The political gang support includes Governor Schweiker,
PA Sens Greenleaf – Upper Moreland, Tomlinson - Bensalem, Conti -
Doylestown, Con Greenwood 8th and Bucks DA Diane Gibbons. The Bucks County Water
and Sewer Authority winning county contracts contributes greatly to the their
power. It was written in the Doylestown Intelligencer that Greenleaf is now
supported by the Bucks GOP.
Two PA State
Senators considered running to replace PA Lt. Gov Mark Schweiker. Doylestown
Inteligencer 7/1..7/14/01 - In a local Philadelphia area paper Doylestown Intelligencer in the first
week of 7/01. PA State Senators Conti and Tomlinson introduced a bill place up
to 7000 slot machines into Pennsylvania race tracks. In the second week
then both announced that they are considering running for the position of PA Lt.
Gov on the GOP ticket. Here they are supported by Bucks County GOP leadership
which is run by Harry Fawkes of Croyden PA (near Bristol). In the past bills
have been introduced to install gambling into PA by Mr. Fawks agenda. E.g.
Riverboat gambling in Bristol PA, Casino
Gambling on the Philadelphia Delaware river waterfront by former Mayor Ed
Rendell, and also PA Gov Tom Ridge
put a referendum to the people to install gambling in PA. This was for the
support of the Bucks County GOP help in his PA Governor election. Gov Schweiker
was supported by Fawks, and also by Jim Nevel of the Swarthmore Investment
Group. Schweiker appoints Nevel oversee the Edison Schools. Nevel has already
doled out millions in consulting to the big Accounting firms from Philly’s
bankrupt school...next may come the pension funds. Another prime
supporter is Bob Asher near Ambler of Asher Candies. He is so powerful
that Barbra Hafer decided not to run without his support. As a
result in the May 2002 PA Gov race the GOP had no choice! In 4/2000 a
state official visits his office Sunday Morning and for some strange reason
decides to shoot himself. Under Grand Jury investigation This is not the first
time someone dealing with Asher in state politics does this! Another was Bud
Dryer former Treasurer who shot himself in PA Courts. Asher was the one
convicted for giving the Dryer the kickbacks. PA
State officials stated the firm awarded that business was tied to the rackets!

Ups & Downs State Senator Tommy Tomlinson, the legislature's
biggest advocate of slots at the state's four horse racing tracks, goes up as all
three gubernatorial candidates have said that they would support the measure (although
dedicate the revenue to difference priorities). The dreaded
"referendum" word used by former Governor Tom
Ridge which frustrated Tomlinson was not uttered by Rendell,
Casey or Fisher during the IssuesPA interview." PA Sen Tomlison is
again supporting Harry Fawks Gambling agenda for PA! Now we have
Mr.Fawks agenda being dictated to
us by Casey, Fisher, Rendell!
Issues with the Mismanagement
of the Bensalem Murder case of Dianne Deller by Bucks DA Dianne Gibbons – In
this case Ms. Deller was determined to be killed by a blow to the head. The
PA Bucks DA put into power by Fawks ruled this an accident!. The initial
prime suspect was an associate whose father is a Bensalem PA Detective. He has a
close relationship to Fawks! Her brother wrote an article in the Doylestown

PA Sen Conti – Doylestown
oversees the Senate High Tech Commission along with the PA State Police
Commission. Conti
is so thankful for Fawkes support to get the job, just like PA Sen Tomlinson.
Are they representing the people or Family Gambling Interests via Fawkes
Agenda! Another Close Ally is PA Sen Stewart Greenleaf who
is head the Judiciary Committee!
Bucks Sen Conti
& Rep McIlhinney (Doylestown) Get Campaign Funds From Upper Moreland PA Smut
Lobby Caberet Club - McIlhinney supports PA Sen Greenleaf. Greenleaf was
supposed to clean up the smut in Upper Moreland PA. However they have had Cat
Houses here for years near the Police Station! (Protection Funding?) His Mother
and Mr. Fawks have been involved with the Bucks Water & Sewer Authority for
years. She was involved in the
past, in deals awarding contracts to them as a prior county official (Cronyism).
McIlhinney
stated in his Primary 2002 debate with Helsel that he will support extended
gambling in PA.
Problems with the potential
influence of the rackets in PA High Technology Procurement Contracts? Why
did Gov Mark Schweiker set up the high technology center for the Indian
Government in Harrisburg. Is it possible that corruption exists in awarding of
PA High Tech business. Are kickbacks are possibly occurring?
Subsequently they awarded all the state Web Projects to Microsoft/Anderson/Acenture
who are using Indian H1B Labor and putting
Pennsylvania High Tech Labor
Taxpayers out of work! In May 2002, California Dismantled the State’s IT Dept,
Let go of the CIO for giving a $95 Million no compete bid to Oracle! (Major user
of H1B Labor) You can bet your higher tax bills the same is happening here!
Problems with Edison Schools Contract Cronyism – Thank Gov Schweiker –
Edison is an IPO created by Merrill Lynch, Presently their prime underwriter.
Schwieker was a Mgr at Merrill! He uses Nevel one of three top supporters (Fawk,
Asher others) to award the contracts in a no bid contract. Recently Schweiker
demanded all new Philadelphia School funds go to Edison rather then a more
balanced approach! Watch out the real prize here may be Nevel’s
Investment firm awarding management of the School/State Pensions!
