Today, May 17th, the Allentown Morning Call published the following: ++++++++++++++++ Sheriff halts protest at courthouse Allentown man didn't have permit to air child support complaint. May 17, 2002 An Allentown man carrying a placard near the Lehigh County Courthouse was asked to quit his protest Thursday because he lacked a permit. Farouk Hamoui said he was walking near the flagpole in front of the building handing out leaflets calling for the impeachment of Lehigh County Judge Alan M. Black. His protest stems from child support issues. Hamoui said that 15 minutes after he began his morning protest, Lehigh County Sheriff Ronald Rossi emerged from the building and told him to leave. Rossi said later that he asked Hamoui if he had a permit. When he replied that he did not, Rossi told him to leave because such protests are not allowed near the courthouse. ''This is a policy,'' Rossi said, ''and he had no permit.'' Hamoui said he moved his protest across the street, but left after city police told him he needed a permit. Hamoui's attorney, Eugene A. Wrona, said his client was told to leave or be arrested. Wrona said Hamoui was denied his constitutional right to a peaceful protest. ''Is this what America is all about - or is this al-Qaeda?'' Wrona asked. |

Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children. Feel free to copy and repost any information on this site unless said information is credited to a web site other than Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (this website). It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
