Dear Madam:
I am writing to let you know that in Butler PA the system IS bias against fathers. As a custodial mother I can tell you that while I was involved in the court system everyone I came in contact with told me and attempted to assist me in attacking my ex-husband. EVERY time we went in to Domestic Relations for a support hearing or modification I was told I could take just about everything he had. Domestics did not concern itself with how he was supposed to live, pay his mortgage, eat, pay bills etc... It was left to me to waive numerous things in order that he was not destitute. Due to the Domestic Relations workers, Lawyers and the Judges actions I have taken my cases with my ex-husband from the court system and we now handle them privately. It is appalling that there are only 3 states in the US that require mandatory joint custody. Apparently there are women out there threatened by the FACT that there are men who can and do care for their children just as well or even better than women. This antiquated system needs to change. Since when is it the courts right to tell a father he can only see his child 4 days a month and the child sleeps at least 16 hrs of the 48? As a mother I find it disgusting that the state and courts can take a child's father from them and then say it is in their best interest. As a mother the support I receive IS NOT mine but my Children's and I use it for them and them alone. They have their own accounts that THEIR money goes into. Mothers NEED to be held accountable for the money they receive for their children. Fathers do NOT owe mothers anything, they owe their children and it is not right for mothers to pocket that money and use it as they please. It is very clear to me that you do not care about this issue nor do you grasp the reality of it. It is a shame that our children have to suffer because of people like you who recommend such bias guidelines. And yes I say our children because from 1st hand experience in the courts, and knowing other mothers and fathers in my town I KNOW what goes on and care, unlike yourself. The rights of the children are to have equal access to BOTH parents and what is in their best interest is to hold BOTH parents accountable. Wake up!!! children NEED fathers and 90% are NOT "deadbeats". There are more unfit drug addicted, abusive mothers than anyone wants to acknowledge. Even when these women are shown unfit the bias court still grants physical custody to these women. Do research, I mean really look at the cases and their history at the court houses like I have spent time doing. Fit and able fathers are unable to raise their children all "in the best interest" of the child. May God help us all!! that is just the lazy uncaring court system at work. Most Sincerely, Name withheld at author's request |

Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children. Feel free to copy and repost any information on this site unless said information is credited to a web site other than Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (this website). It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
