January 14, 2004 Patricia A. Miles, Esquire Counsel, Domestic Relations Procedural Rules
Committee RE: Recommendation 67 Dear Ms. Miles: I am currently reviewing Recommendation 67, and preparing my comments for the committee. To fully understand the subject matter, I am seeking information in regards to the contract services provided by Jane Venohr, and Policy Studies Inc. Could you please provide me with: a.. The contract the Department of Welfare entered into with Policy Studies, Inc. b.. A itemized statement of all billable hours and expenses c.. All reports submitted from Policy Studies, Inc. d.. All communications per this contract Thank you for your consideration of my request. I look forward your response. Yours truly, /s/ Jay H. Todd, Jr
Dear Attorney Miles, I have the privilege of reading your answer to Mr. Jay Todd who is requesting information your Committee allegedly used to formulate its Recommendation 67. Your answer is unworthy of a public servant accepting a salary from taxpayers dollars. It demonstrates a "lack of cooperation" that bears a strong hint of concealing your work product. What is it your Committee wishes to hide? The information requested is collected within the Recommendation 67 "files", and can easily be distributed on request. Is it your intent to thwart public participation and public response to the Committee's efforts? Consider this as expressing my vigorous disappointment with your Committee. Respectfully, Eugene A. Wrona Pa. ID # 67880

Information and opinions on this website are NOT "legal" advice but ARE friendly advice from people who have been through the local domestic relations office and are very familiar with the crimes against humanity that office is getting away with strictly for PROFIT at the expense of fathers and their children. Feel free to copy and repost any information on this site unless said information is credited to a web site other than Pennsylvania Family Court Reform (this website). In this case, you must ask permission from the author, and since it's been our experience that most of the people that support our cause are good people, they most likely won't have a problem with it. It's time to reclaim our state and our rights as Americans that are being trampled and ignored by a select portion of our state government, who's sole interest is PROFIT from federal grants for "child support" collection, at our expense... our JUDICIAL branch.
