Ms. Miles, Thank you so much for your reply. I completely understand and agree with you. Those figures SHOULD be included in child table as they are costs for child support. Just so I am clear, according to the tables we are to pay 3447 per month for JOINT custody. That equates to 115/per day. My husband's ex wife cheated throughout their marriage and has since remarried. Regardless, when the child asks to go to swim lessons or ball on a sports team, we should not be required to pay for this expense as well? Thank you, |
