There was no response to the fourth e-mail.  Take notice what Ms Miles says about extras.  Compare that with what actually takes place when it comes to extras.
E-Mail form Sean Rafferty on secret meetings No Response
E-Mail from Dave Vincent The only response that was received to this e-mail was that it will be forwarded to the committee.  Yeah OK.
Request for information from Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee Chairman from Jay Todd Request denied.  The committee is not subjected to the Freedom of Information Act.  All minutes and other documents are "internal" (secret) documents that do not have be shown to the public.  According to this response, this committee, that recommends highly intrusive public policy, doesn't have to answer to the public.
Request for information from the Department of Public Welfare from Jay Todd.   All or part of the information was provided by the DPW.  Waiting to find out what exactly was provided and refused before I post it.
Letter to Senator Lavalle about denial of information requested from Procedural rules committee and department of public welfare. No response to post yet.
Letter to Representative Veon. No response to post yet.
E-Mail from Brian Slusaw requesting information about complaints referred to PRC by the Office of Child Support Enforcement.  Apparently we now have information that there have been NUMEROUS complaints to the Office of Child Support Enforcement that the guidelines are EXCESSIVE.  We want to know how many people and what exactly people are complaining about.    Response from Patricia Miles.  It seems we have been given the same information over and over again and the legitimate questions are consistently dodged.  Everybody knows that the guidelines are rebuttable, however, in real life, they aren't.  Fathers are forced to pay what these corrupt guidelines say or go to jail.  You can challenge them only if you have the money but most of the time a Domestic Relations CLERK decides what the non-custodial parent (father) is going to pay.
Letter from Kevin Sheahen, secretary of NCFC No response submitted.
