Legislative Links for Pennsylvania Fathers

In order to try and make the "system" fair to men in Pennsylvania we must contact our elected Representatives and Senators and let them know about the unfair treatment that we are subjected to by local domestic relations offices. Please let them know how your children are being taken away from you and how you have been court ordered to become a "visitor". Also let them know about the excessive child support you are paying while being left at a level of poverty after court ordered amounts are set and taken directly from your pay. Let them know about the inflated support guidelines and how it is hurting your relationship with your children. This is how the current gender bias laws and guidelines are going to be changed so please take advantage of it because this is what these people are elected to do, listen to your problems.

Pennsylvania's Electronic Bill Room

This is the place to go and search for pending legislation that is not father friendly. You can search the bill room by typing in key words such as "child support" "custody" "divorce". Keep an eye on the history of important bills and be sure to call your elected State Representative and Senator to let them know how you feel these bills will affect fathers and children. Also keep an eye on pending legislation that is "father friendly" and try and get it moved through.

You can also see how your elected officials are voting on legislation at this web site. This is a very important tool for political action. Lists of candidates are available for Pennsylvania offices now. Be sure to check these so that we can vote in "father friendly politicians".
